This mixed use project consisted of a 90‐unit condominium project with 30,000 SF of retail and four levels of underground parking located in downtown Washington, DC. Ironstar’s principals were engaged by the court appointed receiver and senior lender to complete development and sell out following contractor default.
Historic preservation and adaptive reuse of an abandoned National Guard armory situated in the dense urban neighborhood of Adams Morgan, in Washington, DC. The plan incorporated 2 levels of below grade parking, retrofit construction of 32,000 SF of retail space, and construction of 15,000 SF of office space on an additional floor added to the existing building. The site is home to the first Harris Teeter store in DC. Ironstar’s principals were third party Project Manager for the Owner.

This Baltimore mixed-use development combines new construction and adaptive re-use of four historic buildings – The project consisted of 108 condominium units, a fitness center, a landscaped courtyard, a 140-space private parking garage, and 22,000 SF of ground level retail. Ironstar was engaged by Equity partnership to complete the building turnover after developer default.

Village Lofts is a mixed use (apartments, retail and structured parking) development near the Johns Hopkins University Homewood campus. The project consisted of 68 loft apartments, 109 structured parking spaces and 13,600 sf of neighborhood retail on St. Paul Street. Ironstar was enaged by Equity to manage the building turnover after developer default.
